Our Parent Meetings are a time for Heartsong families and educators to come together, connect, and stay engaged in the life of our school community. We gather to share important school updates, look ahead at upcoming events and seasonal rhythms, exchange ideas and reflections, and create space for conversation and collaboration.

Martinmas is a celebration of kindness, generosity, and the light we carry for one another as we journey into the darker days of the year.
At Heartsong, our Lantern Walk is a time to gather as a community, bringing our little lights together and walking through the darkness in a spirit of warmth and connection. Join us on November 19 for this beautiful tradition as the soft glow of lanterns guides our way and reminds us of the light we share with one another.

Date Night at Heartsong Campus
A special evening for children — and a little time for parents, too.

Date Nights at Heartsong give children an opportunity to enjoy an evening of play, creativity, connection, and community outside of the school day, while parents enjoy a few hours to themselves or an evening out.
Children are welcomed for an evening filled with games, handcrafts, stories, imaginative play, and delicious food. Dinner is provided, followed by a gentle wind-down rhythm and preparation for bed, helping make the transition home a little more restful.

Heartsong’s Winter Spiral

Each December, our Heartsong community gathers for the Winter Spiral, a deeply reverent seasonal celebration honoring the returning light and the quiet stillness of winter.
One by one, children walk an evergreen spiral by candlelight, lighting their own candle from the flame at its center and placing it along the path. Slowly, the spiral fills with warmth and light - a beautiful invitation to stillness, reflection, and the inner light we carry through the darkest days of the year.

Michaelmas Celebration & Community Gear Exchange
Michaelmas is a seasonal celebration of courage, inner strength, and the light we carry within us as we welcome the turning of the season. At Heartsong, our Grades students mark this special tradition through story, song, and the symbolic slaying of the dragon.
Following the celebration, our members are invited to gather for light snacks and our annual Community Gear Exchange, a tradition rooted in sharing and giving new life to outgrown outdoor gear and woolens. This year will also include a special secondhand wool table, with 50% of proceeds supporting Heartsong.
Michaelmas Celebration: 2:00 PM
Community Gear Exchange: 3:00–4:00 PM
Please Note: The Michaelmas celebration is for Grades families; the Community Gear Exchange is open to all Heartsong members.

A special morning at Heartsong dedicated to capturing memories from the school year!
Our students will gather for individual and class photographs, celebrating each child and the community they’re growing alongside.
