At Heartsong, we believe children thrive when families, educators, and the wider community grow together.
Our Community Supported Education (CSE) model is rooted in shared responsibility, meaningful participation, and care for one another.
Through our Private Membership Association (PMA), families become part of a learning community that supports children’s education, celebrates the seasons, and nurtures a connection to the natural world.
Annual Family Membership — $65/year
One membership covers your entire family, regardless of the number of children.

Extended Care
Extended Care offers additional flexibility for Heartsong families who need care beyond their children's regular program hours.
Availability, schedules, and fees may vary depending on the program.

Date Night
Every third Friday of the month
Children enjoy a fun evening with friends, including dinner, cozy story time, games, tea, and snacks.
Ages 3–13
$40 for one child · $60 for two · $80 for three

Community Events & Festivals
Heartsong celebrates the changing seasons through meaningful community gatherings and shared traditions.
Our annual celebrations include the Harvest Festival, Lantern Walk, Winter Spiral, Candlemas, and Mayfaire.
Member families can also participate in monthly potlucks and connect with other Heartsong families.
Grades Drop-Ins
In addition to our annual Grades and Middle Grades programs, Heartsong offers flexible drop-in opportunities during the program year.
Children ages 7–12 may participate Monday through Friday, depending on availability.
Families may also inquire about participating exclusively in Farm & Forest Friday, our experiential learning program rooted in seasonal, hands-on education.
For younger children
Regular drop-ins are not offered for children under age 6, as we respect the unique developmental rhythms of early childhood.
Families preparing to enroll in Kinderforest may request transitional drop-in visits to gently support their child's adjustment into the program.
Growing Together as a Community
At Heartsong, membership is about more than accessing programs. It is an invitation to take part in a community built on connection, collaboration, and shared care.
Families contribute in different ways, from helping with seasonal festivals and caring for our outdoor spaces to sharing skills, supporting educators, and participating in community gatherings.
