Guided by the turning of the seasons, Heartsong Living Arts offers programs that honor nature’s rhythms and the unfolding of childhood. Through shared experiences of creativity, movement, and care, each season becomes a space for growth, wonder, and belonging.
Summer Camps 2026
Kinder Camps
(Ages 3–6)
Forest Sprites • Woven From Weeds • Pirate Camp • Bears, Dens & Animal Friends
Daily Hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Aftercare Available: 2:00–4:30 PM
Gentle, imaginative days in the forest filled with crafts, stories, snack-making, and free play. Children move through a soothing rhythm of creativity, nature exploration, and wonder—building confidence, connection, and joy outdoors.
Wilderness Camps
(Ages 7–12)
Earth • Air • Fire • Water • Elemental Quest
Daily Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
An immersive, hands-on wilderness series rooted in science, ancient skills, and adventure. Each week explores one element through experiments, games, storytelling, and teamwork—nurturing curiosity, resilience, leadership, and a deep relationship with the natural world.
Theater Camp
(Ages 7–15)
Lower Grades (Ages 7–10): A playful, imaginative theater camp rooted in movement, puppetry, and storytelling. Children create characters and short performances inspired by myths, animals, and fairy tales.
Middle Grades (Ages 11–15): A deeper dive into performance and ensemble work. Students explore voice, physical theater, improvisation, and script creation while co-creating an original outdoor production.

A Journey Through the Seasons
For parents with children 0–3 & expecting parents
Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00am
This gathering is for parents with children from birth to three years old, as well as expecting parents, to find community, rhythm, and support in the tender early years of family life.
Grounded in the Waldorf and anthroposophical understanding of the child in arms, we hold space for observing and tending the natural unfolding of the young child: movement, imitation, warmth, rhythm, and protection of the senses. The first three years lay the foundation for life through the body—walking, speaking, and beginning to think. By surrounding the child with warmth, reverence, and rhythm, and by tending our own inner work as parents, we nurture their sense of trust in the world.
Each seasonal offering runs for 6 weeks, taking place on Fridays from the beginning to the end date listed below.
The tuition cost covers each 6-week session, which includes those six Fridays:

Opportunities for Junior Camp Counselors
If your teenager has the proposensity to hang out with younger children and can be a good role model, help with logistics, and generally be supportive, please contact us. We have room for 1 Junior camp counselor per cohort/camp for Adventure camps, and probably 1 for the littles if trained in working with small children AND being able to be coached..
Compensation is a stipend approach while technically a volunteer. Stipend TBD based on capacity after an initial interview with camp leads.
