The journey into our community
Joining Heartsong is a thoughtful process rooted in connection. We take time to get to know your family, answer your questions, and explore whether our community is the right fit.
Families joining our ongoing educational programs first become members of the Heartsong Private Membership Association.
Below, you’ll find the steps to become a member and, if you wish, register your child in one of our programs.
STEP 1 — Connect & Visit
Every Heartsong journey begins with a conversation. We’d love to learn about your family, share more about our community, and help you explore your options.

Schedule an inquiry call with our Enrollment & Registration Office.
This is the first step for all families interested in becoming members and/or enrolling in one of our annual programs. It is a time to share about your family, ask questions, and begin exploring life at Heartsong. -
For families enrolling in one of our annual school programs only:
After your intake call, you will be invited to visit the classroom or tour the campus. This is a beautiful opportunity to experience the spirit, rhythm, and learning environment of Heartsong in person.
If appropriate, you may also be invited to schedule a conversation with the Lead Teacher of the class for which you are applying. This allows for deeper connection and alignment before moving forward in the enrollment process.
STEP 2 — Membership
Once we’ve connected and confirmed that Heartsong is a good fit, our team will guide you through the membership process.
We’ll help you create your family’s Brightwheel profile, where you’ll receive the necessary forms and your annual membership invoice.

Submit your membership application through Brightwheel.
Our Office Coordinator will send the required forms via email and will be available to support you through each step.

Review and sign the Membership Agreement & Liability Release.
Our Office Coordinator will send the required forms via email and will be available to support you through each step.

Secure your place in the Heartsong Private Membership Association by submitting the annual membership fee.
Our Office Coordinator will send the invoice via Brightwheel once your forms have been reviewed and approved. You will receive email updates throughout the process.
STEP 3 — Program Registration
For Families Joining Our Educational Programs
Membership is the foundation of our community, but becoming a member does not require registering your child in an ongoing educational program.
If you’d like to move forward with program registration, our team will guide you through the following steps:
• Completing the enrollment form
• Review & Sign Your Program Agreement
• Complete Your Registration Fees: A non-refundable enrollment fee of $275 per child and an annual supplies fee of $75 per child apply.
• Choose Your Payment Plan: Our team will help you review the available payment arrangements for your child’s program.
We’ll guide you through each step via email to make the process as simple as possible.
