The journey into our community

Joining Heartsong is a relational process. We take time to ensure the right fit for your family and our community.

All families who wish to participate in Heartsong programs or school offerings must first become members of the Heartsong Private Membership Association. Membership is the foundation of our community.

The process below outlines the steps to become a member. If you are also enrolling your child in one of our annual programs, there is one additional step following membership approval.

STEP 1 — Connect & Visit

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

Once we mutually agree that Heartsong is a good fit, we move forward with membership. Our office will follow up with you shortly after your inquiry call, and all communication will continue via email as we guide you through the next steps.

You will receive support registering your information through Brightwheel, where you will complete the required forms and submit the annual $65 per family membership fee.

As part of the membership process, you will:

STEP 3 — Program Enrollment (Optional)

Membership does not require enrollment in an annual program.

However, if you wish to enroll your child, the next steps include:

• Completing the enrollment form
• Signing the tuition agreement
• Submitting a non-refundable $275 enrollment deposit, to secure your spot.
• Selecting a billing plan

This deposit supports art supplies and school materials for the year.
