Craft/Medium Description

Please provide a brief description of the craft or medium you will be showcasing at your booth.
Vendors at our May Faire sell good that are hand made from natural materials (no glitter, plastics, etc).
Priority will go to vendors who use all/mostly natural materials in their craft, including fibers, paints, thread, yarn, finishes and more. Because this is a festival focused on handcrafts, no glitter or mass produced products will be approved this includes 3d printed items.
Touch station description

Please describe the materials you will be using for for an interactive area where people can touch and feel your medium.
i.e. a leather worker will describe the following: I will place on a small table at the front of my booth with scraps of leather. It will have a sign that says, touch but please don't take. I will have a sign that says guess which is which: deer, rabbit, cow and goat. People can touch it and guess which is which.

By default we will assume that you have everything you need for your booth, canopy, tables and chairs. If you need things like electricity and/or water, please specify below.

By checking the box below I indicate on behalf of myself, my business and any guests associated with me at the festival that I understand and agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Heartsong for participating in the Mayfaire Craft Booth.
I expressly assume all risks and any associated costs, damages or losses, including those caused by simple negligence of Heartsong, the Living Arts Alliance and the City of White Salmon, and waive and fully release all claims held by me, my spouse, my child, or any of our estates from and against the above parties and their agency partners, officers, board members, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives, arising from my participation in the Program and accept full responsibility for the cost of all medical treatment to myself or my child as a result of any injuries caused by or through such other risks.
This waiver and release will apply to any and all actions, causes, damages, claims, or demands of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or otherwise incidental to participation in the event. I further agree, on behalf of myself and/or my child, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heartsong, The Living Arts Alliance, The City of White Salmon and their agency partners, officers, board members, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any injuries, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by me, my business, my child or guests arising from my, my business and/or my child’s attendance and participation in the event.
I agree that this release will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this release will have full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified, or partially enforced, to the maximum extent permitted by Washington State law.
I have read all of the above terms and conditions and I understand and agree to be bound by them.
