Craft and activity booths are offerings of hands on things to do or make to celebrate spring. You may not charge for crafts or activities.

Thank you so much for bringing your creativity and enthusiasm to our Mayfaire celebration! Craft and activity booths provide wonderful, hands-on experiences for our community to joyfully welcome spring.

We appreciate your contribution to this cherished tradition. While providing a craft or activity, you are welcome to bring promotional materials to share about your business or organization, however the craft/activity should be the focus of the booth.

All crafts and activities must be made from natural materials (no glitter, plastics, etc.) and should be designed to be completed in 10 minutes or less, making them accessible to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Craft Booths must be approved by April 25th to be included in the Mayfaire Map and by April 31st to be included in Mayfaire.

If you’d like to host a booth but need inspiration, we’re happy to provide craft/activity ideas and instruction sheets. Thank you for helping us create a magical and memorable celebration for all!

Liability Release

By checking the box below I indicate on behalf of myself, my business and any guests associated with me at the festival that I understand and agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Heartsong for participating in the Mayfaire Craft Booth. I expressly assume all risks and any associated costs, damages or losses, including those caused by simple negligence of Heartsong, the Living Arts Alliance and the City of White Salmon, and waive and fully release all claims held by me, my spouse, my child, or any of our estates from and against the above parties and their agency partners, officers, board members, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives, arising from my participation in the Program and accept full responsibility for the cost of all medical treatment to myself or my child as a result of any injuries caused by or through such other risks. This waiver and release will apply to any and all actions, causes, damages, claims, or demands of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or otherwise incidental to participation in the event. I further agree, on behalf of myself and/or my child, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heartsong, The Living Arts Alliance, The City of White Salmon and their agency partners, officers, board members, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any injuries, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by me, my business, my child or guests arising from my, my business and/or my child’s attendance and participation in the event. I agree that this release will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this release will have full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified, or partially enforced, to the maximum extent permitted by Washington State law.
